Personal data processed

Through the application and contact forms we process your full name, email address, phone number, business name, and the content of the message you send. No data beyond these fields is requested.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to evaluate your trial application, set up the panel you requested, answer your questions, and contact you. It is not used for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2-c, as directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and under art. 5/1 on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Only our hosting and email infrastructure providers may access it, as data processors and strictly to the extent required to deliver the service.

Retention

Application and contact records are kept for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, and claim compensation for damages you suffer.
